The cups themselves were fine. You get what you pay for. But, of the 200 cups I ordered, 42 of them had issues. Several had scratches on the logos, some had blurry prints of the logo, and others had scratches on the cup itself from shipping. When you order these, there is ZERO padding. The cups are just stacked and shipped. It would be nice if there was some paper or tissue between each stack of cups, or at least between the cups on top and the lid of the box. Also, I ordered red cups, and several had what looked like black ink smeared on them. My logo imprint was white. So black ink shouldn't have been anywhere around my cups. Customer service was quick to provide a credit for the damaged cups, but ideally the situation wouldn't have happened in the first place.
