Everything was great with this item except for the quality of the plastic connector from the lid to the bottle. Within a day, several of the employees that received them requested new ones because theirs' had already broken. The actual bottle, imprint, and look of the item were great, just with the connector hadn't broken.

I received a sample of this pen in my monthly Blue box and LOVED it. I ended order over 300 pens as part of swag items for our department. However, when it came, I found it odd; the pens did not write the same as my exact sample pen. It was not as smooth compared to my sample pen. Overall, I still like it, but slightly disappointment compared to my free sample pen.
